We are currently hiring for the listed positions:

Operations Manager

  • Receive goods at the loading/receiving dock.
  • Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
  • Checking goods for damaged or missing items upon receipt.
  • Move and rearrange stock, clean the space and ensure that goods don’t get damaged.
  • Keeping careful records of goods in and out of warehouse.
  • Clean the space and ensure that goods don’t get damaged.
  • Dealing with delivery discrepancies.
  • Liaising with courier companies and building a long working relationship.
  • Taking stock count.
  • Listing stock on external portals.
  • Building maintenance and control of utility bill.
  • Developing and maintaining all internal process.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Develop a process for exporting shipments along with appropriate license.

Skills and Attributes

  • Adaptable/Flexible to mix admin and warehouse roles.

  • Good knowledge of word, outlook, and excel.

Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities from existing and new customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Has the Aptitude to turn prospects into valued customers (and with a high conversion rate).
  • Prospecting, booking & attending client meetings / new business meetings.
  • Proactive new business targeting, including following up marketing leads.
  • Maximize business development opportunities.
  • Attend training/events as and when required.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting/prospecting reports.
  • Manage and update CRM.

Skill & Knowledge

  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Will ideally have a minimum of 24-36 months’ sales experience in IT industry.
  • An in-depth understanding of “consultative” sales approach.
  • Possess a sound understanding of storage and networking products and their respective vendors.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with clients at senior levels.
  • A proven track record in sales performance and business development & achieving KPI’s regularly.
  • Strong evidence of developing new customer accounts through continuous business development.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans to ensure deep penetration into accounts.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of current technology and how this can influence business strategy.
